When lockdown began, the timeframe in my mind was 10-12 weeks. I knew it would become our "new normal" for a while, that it would be a good idea to use the time well rather than wait it out... but it's definitely getting a bit same-y.
That said, I've finally found my groove in consistently exercising - which in turn helps my mood and energy levels. That's my win for the month of May. Now, to continue with the momentum!
So here are the highlights of our week.
Archie walks
We continue to walk Archie while Fred is with his friend, who would be on her own without him. We do miss him, but we know he's much happier there without kids all over him all the time, and he's being a great help to our friend. And Archie has become a friend, albeit much more of a handful than Fred!

Kitchen progress
It's coming along! Mr. is working full time again so it's slowed right down, but we're definitely getting somewhere. The range has now been wired in, which means we got to retire the camping cooker that's served us since Christmas!
Moor walks
We've been visiting the nature reserve behind the door, finding no more tadpoles but instead newts and all sorts of beetles. Some days we took cameras along, other days nets to catch some wildlife for examination.
And also... there was a smile in the sky over our house one day!
